I really dislike this washing machine and wish that I would have just fixed my old one instead of purchasing this one. There are many things that you cannot do with it and feel that it is not energy or water efficient at all. The machine weighs the load and then adds however much water it thinks the load needs. Most of the time it is insufficient and your clothes do not come out clean. In fact, the only way I found to fill the whole machine with water is to set it to bulky. Sometimes, I need less water, but still have to use the bulky setting to really clean my clothing. The door locks which is annoying to say the least. Also, I don't think that it is gentle at all and it has actually broken several of my bras and other articles of clothing. It killed my comforter as well. My old washer was insanely old with an agitator and was not a top model and yet I could control everything so much better and nothing ever got ruined. Seriously, skip this one. I waste more time, money, and water with this machine than with my old one.

I have had other washers that I have enjoyed using more. This one just is not quite as amazing as I had hoped it would be, since this was the first time I had bought a brand-new washing machine instead of a used one. It's not bad, it's just not my favorite. Energy Efficiency I have had a lower electricity bill since I replaced my old washing machine with this new one. Cleaning Time The fact that it does sensing at the beginning of each wash cycle adds more time than I would like to the washer. Performance It gets stains out of clothes really well if I pre-treat them. Ease of Use I hate that I have to make sure that there is a "hole" in the center of the laundry. I miss being able to just dump in the laundry and start it. Design I wish the top were more flat so that I could lay things on it while loads are washing. It is big enough for me to wash large loads of laundry. Durability So far, the washing machine has lasted the entire time I have owned it. Nothing has broken, and it functions just fine.

I like the machine for the cleaning ability, good cost, but it is kind of loud in use. Energy Efficiency I actually got a rebate from my energy company for buying this product. It has a good energy rating. Cleaning Time Operates in a reasonable time. It is not the fastest, but decent cleaning time. Performance Clothes come out clean with little detergent use. Cuts down on use of dryer because clothes are spun out so well. I have not found it to be terrific with pet hair or hay chards. Ease of Use Simple machine. You don't even have to choose water level anymore. One touch operation once you pick type of clothes to be washed. It is difficult with the lid locked if you suddenly want to add something once the machine has started. Just plan ahead and look around to make sure you have everything ready to go before you start. Design Very plain design. No frills. Is average size so not for tiny apartments. Has good capacity so OK for families. Durability I have had about a month. So far runs very well with no problems.

I love the numerous settings and digital time displays that allow you to know exactly how long is left to the load is complete. I also enjoy how quiet it is. Cleaning Time This machine digitally shows you how much time is left and exactly how long each cycle will take to complete. Ease of Use There are multiple different setting and options that are all clearly displayed and easy to comprehend.

We bought our washer about 18months ago. We love it. It is so easy to operate. We love the water level sensing feature which with all the laundry we do has saved us a great deal of money. The clean washer feature is also great because it keeps the film and gunck from building up on the walls of the washer.

Not a bad washer, Its quiet, has lots of nice features, but its not the best at cleaning really dirty clothes. We have a toddler and have had to wash his pretreated clothes several times in this washer to get the stains out. I also don't like that there is no way to soak clothes. Design I think the lack of the agitator is what makes the cleaning heavy soiled clothes so inefficient. Durability so far so good but time will tell

I bought a Maytyag Bravo MVWX500XW from based on floor salesman's recommendation, and it turned to be a big mistake. The machine is loud, and had problem from the 1st wash. If often does not spin dry properly.
