Bought this washer from Boscov's going out of business sale. Worst mistake ever. Could not return it. First off takes forever to wash a load of cloths and I mean forever. Senses for at least 45 minutes to fill before it even starts to wash. And my clothes are all getting shredded from not having enough water to wash them. Just enough to get them wet and agitate. The threads in the clothes or towels or whatever is being washed all get frayed and don't even get me started on the level of clean. Worst ever! Just wish I would off replaced the pump in my old washer instead. It was 15 years old but 10 times the machine that this thing is. Maytag will never ever be purchased by me or anyone I talk to about them. I have already discouraged at least 12 people from purchasing their products.

This is the first washing machine I ever purchased for myself. I had nothing but problems with it the entire time I owned it. I ended up purchasing a new one after only a year and a half. It is a not a bad washing machine at first glance. I liked the fact that it is Energy Star qualified and it is big enough for a large load of laundry. I liked that I could choose more or less water depending on the size of the load. Unfortunately, once I got the washing machine home, I had so many issues that I gave up on it. After just a month of owning it, it completely just stopped working. I could not get it to turn on or anything, so they came out and fixed it (under warranty, of course). The same issue happened again about six months later. I kept this washing machine for about a year after that, but when it stopped working again and they told me that warranty did not cover the issue, I just got rid of it. I bought a whole new washing machine and I have had no problems with the new one. I would not recommend this product.
