I was so impressed when I applied this mascara on my eyelashes. It was very dark, and it also made my eyelashes very long and thick. Not only that, but it seems that this also curled my eyelashes a little bit, which made them really stand out. People were complimenting me on my eyemakeup all day.

I have always thought my eyes are my best feature, and I love to have black, long eyelashes. If I don't use any other makeup, I always have to use mascara..it makes your eyes stand out, and get noticed. I love trying new mascaras, and have been disappointed in several. I want something that cleans off easily without scrubbing, and something that goes on smoothly and has no clumps, and makes your eyelashes separate and look longer and thicker, and I just got this maybelline rocket volume express mascara, and I really don't like it. It doesn't go on smoothly, it tends to clump my eyelashes together and is really thick and then its really hard to wash off...not impressed with this product..

this mascara is very good at lengthening my eyelashes and gives me good coverage as well. A good product at a very affordable price. Performance It took a few times of using this product to actually like it, but this mascara does a nice job at making my lashes look long. This is an affordable product that does just as good or better than some of the pricier mascaras out there. It is also easy to wash off and it doesn't clump like some other brands. Ease of Application takes more time to apply than my usual brand, but I get the desired effect and my lashes look great. I found that it takes a lot more time to do my lower lashes than my usual brand, but when finished my lashes look good.

This is my absolute favorite mascara! I accidentally bought it once and will never go back. I now have my mom and sister using this too! On the package it says how many X's it ups your eyelashes. I started out at 3x, which was amazing because it really made my eyelashes look longer. I tried using old mascara at one point because my kids lost this stuff, and I was sad to see how much smaller my eyes looked! I then went up to the 6x, and am now at the 9X size. I am totally hooked! I do not leave the house without this on! It actually seems to extend the lashes. In the evening, when I wash it off, I can see long, hair-like flakes coming off - which is the product bonding to itself - making your lashes really longer! If I hadn't seen it for myself, I wouldn't have belived it possible. My mom has stuck with the 3X and my sister is at the 6X. We all highly recommend it and I can't wait to see if they come out with a 12X!!

Usually I am a frugal person.  When it comes to buying pretty much everything, I will buy the generic cheaper brand.  However, when it comes to mascara, I need every bit of help that I can get!  So after trying a bunch of different brands out, a friend recommened this to me.  And can I just say-- I love it!  It makes my eyes look so much bigger and dramatic, without looking too smokey or gross.  It goes one so smoothly and evenly.  I have been walking down and looking at all the cosmetics there are to offer, and sometimes I'm tempted by some cheaper prices, but in the end I always go back to this one.  And let's face it- it's not even really that expensive compared to some!  I'd say it's pretty much down the middle as far as price goes.  Definitely worth it if you need a little help in the eye department.  It makes all the difference in how my face looks- I made sure I had an extra bottle on hand when I got married just in case!!

I am giving this review on Maybelline Volum Express Turbo Boost Mascara, Black 251. I am a middle aged woman and have tried several different types of mascara through out my years. When I was younger I always looked for any type of mascara that would help my eye lashes look fuller and longer so they would stand out. I have now looked for the mascara that would best fit my needs in every aspect. I have been using Maybelline Volum Express Turbo Boost mascara for about the last 5 years and I have found it to work out best for me. I am able to put this mascara on at 5:00 am in the morning and when I get home in the evening I find that is has stayed with me all day long. This mascara does not smudge or wear off easily. I work in a factory and I need a mascara to be long lasting and smudge proof because I have a tendancy to sweat on HOT days. I have to admit that I have told several friends about the quality of this mascara and have suggested to them to give it a try. I like the quality as well as the value of this product.

I have tried so many drug store mascaras and this one is wonderful.  I have very "skimpy" blond eyelashes that can barely be seen.  When I use this mascara I suddenly have long, thick lashes.  It never smudges and washes off with cleanser and warm water.  I love it.  It is truly amazing.
