Being on a strict budget doesn't call for a lot of "extras" in my daily life, but I have to have mascara. I hate Maybelline's Colossal mascara. I work at a drug store and from the minute it hit the shelves I was eye-ing it. I fell in love with Maybelline Colossal Mascara. I am the biggest mascara Junkie you would ever meet. I love to wear mascara that makes your lashes look fake without having to glue them on or worry about them falling of your lids while your eating in a restaraunt ( trust me its happened). The Maybelline Colossal Mascara brush is exactly that, colossal. The brush is so big that you have to be very careful not to touch yourself with it. Not good when you are trying to put it on in a rush.  It is not good for an all day look, it starts to flake within a couple of hours. Not to mention that it has a bad smell too.

It's taken me forever to find a mascara that I love, and this one is it! Maybelline is a brand I trust with my makeup, and this is by far the best mascara I've tried in ages. It  goes on wihtout clumps or blobs and washes off with simple soap and water. It has a really pleasant scent to it, almost like hyacinths, which might seem weird, but I like it.

I have trouble with mascara smudging under my eyes as the day goes on, but this one has never done that, even if I put it on my lower lashes! It doesn't run down your face if it gets wet and as long as you don't rub on them it won't even smudge when...
