I recently had the opportunity to try four shades of Mabelline Superstay 24 Lip Color courtesy of Bzz Agent. At first I was skeptical to hear about a long-lasting lipstain that doesn't fade or peel. I have tried several other drug store brands of long lasting lip color in the past only to be disappointed in their wear and comfort. When I tried Mabelline's Superstay 24 Lip Color in Everlasting Wine and Wear on Wildberry, I was pleasantly surprised! The color went on smoothly and evenly without any previous priming. It dried quickly and the shiny top coat was easy to apply as well. I expected that I would have to continuously reapply the topcoat for the sake of keeping my lips hydrated, comfortable and flake-free. To my surprise, I did not have to rely on using this throughout the day. One drawback of other "long-lasting" brands of lipstick is that the gloss often runs out twice as fast as the stain, which means you have to replace the product twice as quickly. This is not the case with Mabelline Superstay 24 color! The color stayed on beautifully! I never gave a thought to my lips as I worked all day, until I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and noticed that they looked just as great as they had that morning. In all, my lipcolor lasted about sixteen to eighteen hours, which-while not 24- was definitely long enough to make a great impression on me. I will definitely be using this product!

Maybelline Superstay Gloss is one of the best glosses I have found. I like the way it goes on and particularly that it lasts longer on your lips than most glosses. It has more color too, which to me is a big plus over most glosses. It does take a little time to apply as it is a 2 step process where you apply the color first and then put the shiny clear gloss over it. You are supposed to wait a minute or two between the first step and putting on the clear finisher so that is where the time comes in. But I figure if it last longer (and it definitely does) then overall it is a time saver. I like the look it gives and I like the colors it comes in. I also like the fact that it doesn't make your lips as dry as some superstay lipsticks do. I'd say to anyone - try it, you'll like it!

I don't wear a lot lip colors or lip stains but when I do wear one I want to make sure it lasts.  I normally will wear tinted lip gloss.  Since trying the Maybelline Superstay gloss this is my first choice of lip application.  The color stay lip gloss comes in a tube with two sides one with the color and one with the gloss. The color end has a great sponge applicator.  It also smells wonderful. The glossy comes with a brush applicator and goes on very nice.  It takes a while for the color side to dry before applying the gloss but otherwise it's a great product.  I have purchased it in a few different shades and love them all.  Because it's so long lasting it is sometimes hard to get off at night but a little bit extra scrubbing usually does the trick. I wish the color side had a little bit more quantity in it since it's a little thicker it seems to run out quicker than the gloss end.  Recommend to anybody looking for a long lasting color.

I fell in love with the Maybelline Superstay Gloss as soon as I put it on. You put the color on first, and it feels weird and dries out your lips. But after you've let it dry thoroughly for two minutes, you paint the clear gloss on. At this point, it looks awesome! The gloss stays wet-looking and shiny. I've never found another product that looks this glossy and awesome. A couple hours later, I touched my chin and got my hand sticky. What!!?? I ran to the mirror and the gloss had run off my lips and was all over my chin. So gross and SO disappointing!! I tried it a few months later, in the winter, because I thought the heat had made it melt off my lips. I made sure not to eat or drink anything or do anything that might make the gloss run, but sure enough, after about two hours, I noticed the color was still in place but the gloss had started to ooze. So, while it looks beautiful at first, it doesn't "superstay" for more than two hours. Highly disappointing.

Let me just say that I use lipgloss more than any make-up. I bought Maybelline Superstay Powergloss for the longlasting experience. First, you put on the color and then wait until it is dry. I usually put on my mascara while I'm waiting to put on the gloss. Then, you put on the gloss and thats it. I could drink a cup of whatever and it wouldn't stain the cup. I was able to give my husband a kiss without it transfering ( you get the point). I am a lick lipping person and it still didn't come off. Unfornatally it did make my skin come off when I did take it off as if they were chapped the whole time. You could say that it revilized my lips every night. I would like to say that I tried the gloss just by itself and it was a totally different reaction. Maybe it's the color that made my lips dry I'm not sure. I would difentlyrecommend this product to my friends and family. Overall Maybelline Superstay Powergloss works wonders.
