Maybelline Pure Makeup Shine-Free Foundation with H20 —
I love sheer foundations. Having used mineral powder foundations for the past few years, I have become bored with it. I decided to try the Maybelline Pure Makeup. So far, so good.I chose the light #1 shade and it blends well with my skin color. It looks natural, seems to last well and because it is oil-free, it doesn't cause breakouts. Although, the makeup is made up of 50% water, it mixes with my skin's natural oils and doesn't just slide off my face.
The makeup comes in a 1.5 ounce tube with a screw-off cap. I am able to squeeze out the tiniest bit or a lot with ease. Since I only dispense the needed amount, it is hygienic to use.
The makeup is cheap! I bought it [regular price] at Target for $4.99.
Bottom Line:
This has been a good winter foundation. Time will tell how it performs in the heat of the summer.
