Maybelline New York XXL Volume + Length Microfiber Mascara Reviews

I like this stuff- its great for girls like me with pathetic eyelashes.  For years I used department store mascaras and was outdone by the big thick lashes that my husband has.  I mean, seriously, boys should not have better eyelashes than girls!  When our finances changed and I decided that I didn't need to spend $15-20 on mascara, I tried this.  Love it!  And let me tell you- the waterproof version will not let you down.  For days at a time!  Get yourself a good mascara remover when you get this stuff! NOw, on the downside, since its a double ended tube, you can tend to end up with uneven...

Maybelline Intense XXL Volume + Length mascara, as you may know from the commercials, takes two steps to apply, which I personally can't stand. First you apply the white stuff that's supposed to lengthen and volumize your lashes I guess, but if you don't apply the other side right away, before the white dries, then forget it. Welcome to having scary white eyelashes for the rest of the day. If you do apply it quickly enough though, then maybe it's not black and looks ok. On the other hand maybe only part of it is black and there are still spots where it is still white. Even if you get the black...

Ever since Maybelline discontinued Fresh Lash, I have been searching for a good waterproof mascara. Waterproof Great Lash just wasn't as good...but I didn't know what else to try - I've always liked Maybelline mascaras best.

One day I decided to try the XXL and I'm glad I did. Non-clumping, easy to apply. Stays put, too, just like waterproof Fresh Lash used to! There's a white primer coat on one end and the black mascara on the other. I usually put on 2 coats of white and then I only need one coat of the black.

Goes on easily and, more importantly, comes off easily. I have never had a waterproof...

i used this for awhile..i kept hearing good things about it...at first when i put it on i was like wow it looks great long black lashes who can i bat my eyelashes at now but then as the day when by i kept seeing white dots out of my eye..and it turns out that it was the first part you put on before the black part i mean it does look good but i spent all day picking it off and putting it back on trying to not see the white part when i looked at something...and it chunks up alot even with just one coat or just wearing the black...i personally think there is better mascara out there that you don't...

I previously purchased only MAC cosmetics, I believe this mascara was on sale I brought it to see if it would work and it does. It is a two step process first applying the conditioner than the actual mascara but it does lengthen the eyelashes.
