Maybelline Great Lash Mascara Soft Black .43 oz. Review

I purchased a tube of this a while back and had really hoped it would work well.  It was inexpensive, and beautifully packaged, and I have friends that swear by it.  Unfortunatley it didn't work so well for me.  I found it to be a little gloppy (probably not the technical term) although it was very easy to apply.  It also had a dendancy to maintain a slight tackyness that would make my eyelashes feel like they were sticking together.  The look however was beautiful, despite these things but removal was difficult and although it smeared easily, it was difficult to wash it off altogether.  I only used this a couple of times because of how hard it was to get off, and the discomfort of wearing it - what a shame!  It did give my eyelashes definition and a much curvier feel, however the discomfort ended up weighing out and this tube went in the trash!  So sad, I'll stick with another brand from now on.
