Decent mascara for a low price

I have used this mascara off and on for many years. I love mascara, and I use a lot of it! I have tried all sorts of brands in all price ranges. This mascara is decent, considering that it is not very expensive. I can't say that it is the best that I have ever used, but it is probably the best that I have found for the price. I usually buy this mascara when I am trying to save money for one reason or another.

This mascara is easy to apply and doesn't get thick or clumpy. This formula makes eyelashes look longer, it does not make them look fuller, and I did notice that it smudged quite a bit. I wear contacts, and I use eyedrops frequently due to dry eyes, so this was a bit of a problem for me.

I use "very black," as I have dark hair and eyes. I would recommend to someone who does not want to spend much money on a mascara, and doesn't use eyedrops!

Maybelline Great Lash Mascara is just a run of the mill mascara. It didn't make my lashes any fuller. It did darken them like any mascara would but didnt do anything special. The brush is kind of thin and doesn't work very well. Maybelline Great Lash mascara is not waterproof at all. If you rub your eyes it smears. If you get your face wet it will run. However, for some strange reason even though it runs and smears its hard to wash all the way off. If you fall asleep with it still on, expect to have black rings around your eyes for the entire next day. After a few weeks my Maybelline Great Lash mascara started to lump too. I am not very fond of this mascars but it is cheap. If price is a major issue then it might be worth it.

The Quintessential Drugstore Mascara

I used to filch Maybelline Great Lash from my mom's makeup bag as a kid and teen, and as an adult tested out tube after expensive tube of higher end drugstore and department-store mascara.  I recently went back to this old drugstore standby and have been completely impressed.  It doesn't clump, isn't sticky, it's not too thick, doesn't flake or make my eyelashes too hard, and it doesn't make a mess around my eyes.  It works just as a good mascara should: highlights the eyes, separates lashes, and applies a bit of color, without the extraneous claims about volume or length.  As a bonus, it lasts all day!  I have absolutely no complaints about Great Lash, and would buy it at an even higher price point - so the fact that it's so cheap and readily available makes it even better.  Great Lash is also easily removable - the non-waterproof version comes off clean with a makeup towelette or eye makeup remover.

Like a lot of people, this was the very first mascara I remember seeing growing up. My mom always wore this kind when I was little and the pink and green are somewhat icons when it comes to makeup. When I was younger, I remember my mom giving me this mascara when I was first starting to use mascara. At first, I really liked it. Now that I have grown up, however, I notice this mascara really is not the best on the market. It tends to leave me with "spider lashes" where they all clump together. As if thats not bad enough, it will also start flaking off leaving me with black specks on my cheeks. If you do use this, I suggest getting waterproof because it will make you look like a raccoon by the end of the day if you dont. It comes in a lot of great colors, which is really a great thing. Not all of us like to have the blackest black black BLACK eyelashes. Thats great if you are going out, but not needed for the office or a day look.

I really LOVE this mascara. Not only is it one of the least expensive mascaras on the market, it is by far my favorite. I have very long eyelashes naturally, so mascara is my favorite beauty product to play up that feature. Because of this, I have tried almost every mascara on the market. I keep on coming back to this one. It is a great mascara that defines lashes and makes them look ultra long. The only complaint I have is that this mascara does not dry quickly and tends to get on your skin, but a quick swipe with Q-Tip with some makeup remover takes care of that problem. You can get this mascara for next to nothing when you combine a sale with a coupon, but it's well worth paying full price. Both the regular and waterproof mascaras are wonderful, although the waterproof is a little difficult to remove. I am definitely a loyal Great Lash user, and I think I am done experimenting with different mascaras now. :)

Over the years, I have experimented with many different brands of mascara. However, I *always end up *coming back to Maybelline Great Lash Mascara! It goes on perfectly every time, nice and smooth- and no clumps! As a busy young professional, I need to have a quick and simple, yet still professional-looking makeup routine. This mascara is perfect for my lifestyle. It is easy to apply and dries very quickly. I couldn't be happier! And like I've said, I have ventured out and tried other brands for the "fancier" things they promised. But I always end up disappointed. However, I am never disappointed with this brand. Another thing that I look for when buying cosmetics is the price. In today's world, I think it is ridiculous to be spending hundreds of dollars annually on cosmetics. So if you want an awesome mascara, but also want to have money left in your bank account, give Maybelline's Great Lash Mascara a try!

After years of spending thirteen to fifteen dollars on mascara I thought I would try the Maybelline Great Lash Mascara because I had heard so many good things about it. Everyone says that this mascara is the best and is so cheap.I liked that it was inexpensive compared to the other Mascaras I bought before, so I thought I would try it. I was not to happy with this product. It did not make my lashes as long as some other mascaras, and it is not waterproof. When I wore this mascara it almost looked the same as when I am not wearing anything. I finished the bottle and went back to my old Mascara. I like the Mac pro long lash mascara the best. It makes my lashes long and full. Even though I like to save money and am a bargain hunter,  I would rather spend a little more money and get a good quality product. I would not recommend Maybelline Great Lash Mascara. You are better of not wearing anything.

Okay, so any woman who has ever read a beauty magazine anywhere knows about Maybelline Great Lash mascara and the famous pink and green tube. Magazines almost always seem to rate it highly and polls always show women favoring this brand. There's a reason! It is a great mascara which I have used since high school (I'm 25 now) and will always use in the future! I have strayed from the brand several times in hopes of gaining more volume or thickness to my lashes and have always returned to this faithful brand. I remember sitting on the toilet as a little kid watching my mom put this mascara on. Now as an adult I look in the mirror as I put it on myself and remember those days. I use Maybelline great lash in Blackest black. and I absolutely love it. It gives my lashes to long, full look I want without the clumping. However it make take a few applications to get the full lashes you are looking for. I have used the 'pink and green' mascara for 12 years now! I started on it when i first began to wear makeup! I've tried other brands also - many of which were 'gunky' and sticky on my eyelids. I have long lashes, and it feels terrible to have them weighted down by goopy mascara. This Maybelline doesn't do that to me! it is also VERY cheap compared to many others. This mascara is also easy to wash off. I simply wash with my everyday facial cleanser and it is off! Rarely, I will get a tiny bit on the bottom of my eyelid that may take some extra washes to get off, but that could be my eyeliner also. Not sure which would cause that. But like I said, it is rare! I only buy this mascara every three months! I don't have to replace it before then! When it starts to get dry, I simply blow it with the hot hair dryer and heat it up and then apply it before it cools. May sound gross to you, but its not. It's a great trick! This is by far the best mascara ever!

I've been using **Maybelline Great Lash Mascara **since my teenage years.  Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof Mascara is a great product  not only is it a product of high quality but it's also at an affordable price.   It does the job and makes your lashes long and thick with the benefit of being waterproof which is great.   This is the only mascara that I use because it has never let me down!  It stays on all day and is really easy to apply.  It has a straight lash brush, which helps me to make sure I don't get clumps on my eyelashes.  I like that it has a thin consistency because it goes on my eyelashes a lot smoother and dries very fast.

Maybelline Great Lash Mascara is not worth the $4! I misplaced my tried and true Lancome mascara. Knowing I needed mascara and knowing I did not have any time I ran into the local drugstore and picked at tube of Maybelline Great Lash Mascara. I figured I would buy that brand because . . . it had been around since the beginning of time. Boy was that a mistake! This mascara was clumpy. It irritated my eyes. When my eyes started to water that is when the real fun started to begin. Maybelline Great Lash Mascara smeared all over the place. I ended up looking like a racoon that used Courtney Love's make up artist. Let's just say my face was a hot mess because of Maybelline Great Lash Mascara. I would recommend this product to anyone. I think it is tie for Maybelline to retire this mascara and develop a better product. Lancome is little bit more expensive but it is well worth the expense. Good mascara can make your eyes pop! Maybelline Great Lash Mascara does not.

 I am one of the lucky people who has been blessed with long eyelashes & I love to use Maybellines' Great lash Mascara! I have tried many other brands of mascara growing up. Most of them made my long eyelashes clumpy & stay stuck together. The first time I used Maybelline Great lash Mascara, My lashes curled & separated perfectly. The applicator brush was like no other I have used & is the main reason why I love Maybellines Great lash Mascara. The product stays on all day and is easy to remove at night. It doesn't flake off, or come off if I, a busy mom, take a short nap. I recommend only Maybelline Great lash mascara because it helps me look & feel Beautiful all day long.
