After consulting with a vampire I finally got the look I wanted.

Last year for Halloween I was dressing up as a vampire so I needed some dark makeup to finish the creepy look. I bought some very dark red lipstick, som very light foundation to make me look pale and dead and some black eyeshadow for dramatic eyes and sunken cheekbones.

Although I had trouble with a Maybelline Expertwear eyeshadow quad, I've had good luck with the Maybelline ExpertWear Single in Night Sky. It worked perfectly with my costume as the color showed up rich and dark and was very blendable. I still use this eyeshadow a few times a week for everyday use.

I don't like to wear a lot of makeup, but 1 of the 3 things I cannot do with out is my eyeshadow. This has been one of the best I've ever used.. The colors are bold, they last, and they always look great! I have like 5 different shades of Maybelline Expertwear in my makeup bag Night sky is one of the best colors too! I haven't tried to use it as an eyeliner yet, because I'm addicted to the unstoppable eyeliner, thats great too!

Fun and easy to apply

The good thing about these single eyeshadows is that Maybelline makes a TON of different colors. However, at $4 a pop, they can get someone expensive when you're grabbing 5 or 6 of them. Another pro to these eyeshadows is you can wear them dry or mix them with a bit of water for a longer, darker hold.

Maybelline Expertwear Eye Shadow is a great deal, and is available at any drugstore. There are many different colors to choose from, and the price is great for what you get. I don't think you could go wrong with this product. Sure there are better eye shadows out there, but for the price, it is great!

I absolutely love this eye shadow. It's very pigmented, so the color is deep and the shadow goes on smoothly. Living in a hot and humid place, I usually have a hard time keeping my eye makeup on for several hours, but Expertwear Eye Shadow stays on practically the entire day!
