Alright im a HUGE fan of eye make up. I love it love it love it! However there does come a time when it has to come off. Usually i would use my St. Ives face was to remove it but one night at the store i saw Maybelline Expert eyes, moisturizing eye makeup remover (for waterproof eye makeup).... what...
