Alright im a HUGE fan of eye make up. I love it love it love it! However there does come a time when it has to come off. Usually i would use my St. Ives face was to remove it but one night at the store i saw Maybelline Expert eyes, moisturizing eye makeup remover (for waterproof eye makeup).... what a long name! Anyways i saw it and decided to try it out. It cost about $4-$5. Luckly i had alot of eye make up on that night and couldnt wait to test my new stuff out.
Directions:
1. Moisten cotton or tissue
(the first thing i noticed was that this stuff looked and felt like regular baby oil)
2. Close eyes- press against lid
(pressing oil against lids, check!... hopefully it doesnt leave me feeling like a grease ball)
3. Wait 5 seconds... tissue off
(well that didnt work)
Remove all traces of oil before reapplying fresh make up
(if only i had read ALL the directions first!)
Okay basicly this stuff didnt even come close to remving all of my eyeliner or mascara. It left my eyes feeling VERY oily even after washing my lids numerous times with hot water.
I will probably end up throwing this stuff away. I'll stick to my St. Ives. :)
