Most HelpfulOkay so I have been using Maybelline Dream Liquid make up(also have a review of it) with great results.
However, during my period I get oily I found it "slipped" off my nose and chin. After reading reviews on Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse I decided to give it a try.
I am impressed. Its not shiny, covers...

Most HelpfulI try every foundation I see, it seems. I am always on the lookout for new formulas and Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation was a new concept when I tried it last year. I recently unearthed my jar and tried it again and remembered all the reasons I only used it a couple of times before tossing it...
read full review »Every since I began to "dabble" with makeup (very late in life - early twenties), one of the most difficult things for me to achieve was a flawless look. You know the kind that you see in magazines. You would be surprised, but as a woman of color, it was very hard to find the right foundation for my skin tone without spending lot of money. Even in the makeup lines designed for women of color, I didn't find what I was looking for.
I caught the chicken pox in my early teens which left some scarring on my face and other parts of my body. So I was looking for a foundation that would provide some...
read full review »maybelline dream matte mousse foundation is completely weightless. honestly this is the last foundation i will ever wear. it goes on so easily and you barely notice it. you do not have to use too much, because just a small amount is needed to fix any imperfection. a lot of other foundations claim they will cover up anything on your face such as a pimple or discoloration, but in order to do that you have to literally pound the makeup on and then you feel like you are wearing a mask. but with this foundation it really evens out any skin pigment problems, and if you are dealing with any problems with...
read full review »I love Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation. Its a wonderful foundation. Its easier to layer then most makeups. The only downside is its not non-comdegenic...meaning it clogs pores. Its the kind were you cant really wear it all day long becuase your risking the chance of a break-out. But even thought thats the really the only downside. Its a great product. You dont really have to put much on and its lightest color is actually a good match for my skin tone. And i have a hard time to find a great match becasue they always put FAKE colors in foundations...Im not orange and Im not yellow. Im not...
read full review »The Dream Matte Mouse by Maybelline is terrible. I have had the privilege to be chosen to go up to New York this past summer and test several hundred pricey brand name and cheaper makeup appliances. The matte mouse not only irritated my skin, but left a sort of powdery look on my face. Now, I do have quite pinkish skin. The tones available all seemed too yellow on me, but this doesn't go for everyone.
There are some good aspects of it, however. It last a while. A little bit goes a long way. And, afterall, it's only a few dollars at your local Wal-Mart...nothing special. It does...
read full review »I am very picky about what make-up products I use only because I have very fair skin and most foundations make me look like I have tan lines on my face. I remember seeing a commercial a while back about Maybellinne's Dream Matte Mousse Foundation and I thought it looked interesting and decided to give it a try. And I looved it!!
The first thing is that the price was actually about the average of all the other foundations on the market, so that was ok. It comes in a small glass "dish-like" container. The make-up itself literally looks like mousse...almost fluffy, if you will. I was...
read full review »I have tried a lot of different foundations and Maybelline Dream Mousse is by far my favorite. It goes on so smoothly and spreads so easily. It feels light and airy on my skin. It does great at covering up blemishes too. The jars last for quite a while too since a little goes a long way.
It does not clog my pores and looks completely natural on the skin. The look it creates is flawless. Plus the mousse is less messy than liquid foundations.
The only problem I have with it is it has a tendency to rub off on my clothing, escpecially if I am wearing something with a collar. It also...
read full review »After recently purchasing Maybellines Dram matte mousse in Natural Ivory iI have decided it is definately not the right foundation choice for me. I liked the feel of the product as it was very fluffy and felt wonderful going on my face. It was kinda col to the touch and seemed very silky. But upon looking at my skin as I was putting it on I decided quickly it was not a product for my. I have combonation Oily and dry skin. The places that my skin is oily the product seemed to kind of slide of not cover very well and the places my skin is dry it seemed to attract attention to the dryness. I also...
read full review »This is a great foundation. Really any foundation from mayballine is going to be great. It goes on smooth so that touyu can barely tell that there is make up on your face and it cover spots that are unwanted up very well. I am pleased to have found it. Mayballine doesn't cost too much either. I know it is not the cheapest stuff either though and unfortunately, though they do have coupons for some of their makeup like eyeliners and mascara, I have never found a coupon for there foundation. Anyone know where to get one from, let me know! BUt the stuff is worth the money either way. ...
