Is great for the person on a budget who wants a great mascara

a makeup junkie, value conscious, loyal to great products, not rich, practical
Pros

    Doesn't Flake, inexpensive, doesn't clump, lengthens, Defines, separates, brush is great!, makes my eyes pop!, No Raccoon Eyes

Cons
    Isn't waterproof

This mascara is great! It's inexpensive, doesn't clump, doesn't make your eyes itch, separates the lashes nicely with it's different applicator. Only problem is, it's not waterproof, but it does wash off nicely, you don't have that racoon eye problem.
