Maya Wrap Baby Sling —

I was fortunate enough to receive a Maya Wrap from a friend after the birth of my oldest.  It took a little getting used to but the learning curve is steep and within a week, I felt comfortable wearing my baby every where I went.  I continued to wear her in crowded places like the zoo and stores up until I got too far along ( and she got too heavy) in my second pregnancy.  The new baby was in the wrap from day one and is still a fan of it (she's 2) when hikes and trips to the zoo are too long for her.  The thing I love about it is that closeness that I have with both of my girls that came from wearing them.  I really believe that we all have benefitted from the wrap.  I give one to every pregnant Mama that I know!

When I had my first child 28 years ago, I only wanted two things--a snuggly and diaper service. I used my snuggly for many years but the new (old) wraps look a lot easier to use. I only wish I was young enough to have another baby. My daughter is so excited about slings she is studying about them for her senior project.

I agree - the Maya Wrap is great. It's also the first gift I give to new parents.
