Maya Wrap Baby Sling —
As a grandmother, I have used various wraps and slings when baby-sitting. For me, this item is helpful during the early infant stage. After that it is too hard on my shoulder.
My daughter uses this and other types of carriers all the time. Compared to carriers that are worn on both shoulders, it pales in comparison. However when the baby is light and you are not on your feet for a long time it is helpful.
I believe babies should be held more often than not. I like products that are designed to keep baby being held.
