The Maxius Maxiglide Hair Straightener is by far the best product I have ever purchased and used, PERIOD! It has changed not only the way I do my hair, but my life. If you are very new to using flat irons (as I was when I tried the MaxiGlide), then the MaxiGlide is not for you. I would recommend starting off with a smaller flat iron to get the hang of the proper technique for using a flat iron, then graduating to a MaxiGlide. I absolutely love my MaxiGlide Hair Straightener. I have thick hard to magage hair and with the MaxiGlide I can easily straighten my hair. It's not at all like some other hair straighteners that only have to have two flat plates. The MaxiGlide plates have interlocking combs that comb through my hair as it straightens, leaving it it straight and smooth. another great feature is it's steam capabilities. The Maxiglide hair straightner is the best flat iron you can find for thick hair. The straightening surface is the largest I have ever seen, and has detangling teeth on one side. The Maxiglide heats very quickly and although I have ALOT of hair I can straighten my hair FAST, in less than 15 minutes.The Maxiglide has a burst-of-steam button which helps to soften hair and make it shine.
