I'm off to the GYM-ok not really but I made a consious effort

appreciative of good service, self-conscious, in need of fast effective workouts

Pros

open all night, easily found all over town, daycare on site, many kind of equipment, basketball court, offers classes with membership, womens only workout room

Cons

sometimes over crowded, no pool, has a year membership requirement

Well, If I really did have the time I desire, with out all the kids with me-I promise I would be at the gym 5 days a week. I really do like this gym...its great. I love the fact that its about 5 minutes from my home in all directions. There is a total of 4 in town. I love the fact that they have daycare on site, and I love that they are open 24 hours. And did I mention their smoothie bar. Yeah, its a good place.

As you can see this Gym has some really great things to offer. You can get family memberships or single memberships...The also offer discounts to students.
I would recommend this place...and recommend finding a buddy to work out with and make your workout experience a great one!
