The Maximum Overdrive I am talking about is the 1986 one with Stephen King. Will truth is Stephen King has  a small part in this movie too, not for get he directed it as well.

Maximum Overdrive is about a comet like thing passes over the earth, and soon the inventions the humans made have turn on us. We are killed by cars, lawn mowers, And many other kinds of things not for get heavy farm things too and construction as well.

A band of misfits are force together too try and keep these man made things from killing them. You see a whole group of different walks of life, a convict, bible man, a girl on the run, married couple, a army guru, a kid,  and many other type of human beings.

These people have to work together before the semi trucks kill them worst yet a army car is outside the door with guns ready to shoot the humans if they dont do what the cars want.

They want the humans to put gas in the tanks. but is it a trick will they kill these humans as soon as they step outside.

And well why give the trucks gas for cause if they run out then the trucks cant drive.

Well this Maximum Overdrive has many twist and turns in the movie. You see a guy who every one thought was a no good convict really step up and try save these other people.

They must stay alife stay together, work together and try to just outlast this strange one of a kind never happen again life changing moment they are having.

As you know Stephen King gives us another great scary movie like he always does, he pumps a little horror into our blood with his own directed movie.

I have Maximum Overdrive on DVD and any Stephen King fan should too, as well as any horror fan and horror DVD collector should add Maximum Overdrive to there collection
