Maxi-heat's oil filled heater has really worked well as a supplement to my natural gas. We live in a home that was built in the '30s so trying to heat it is extremely difficult. This unit will keep two of our most used rooms warm enough throughout the whole winter. The unit doesn't take up alot of room so there isn't alot of worry about tipping. The unit is completely quiet. No fan to bother you throughout the day. The three easy settings make it easy to set the room to your desired temperature.
