I got the Max Factor Volume Couture Mascara from BzzAgent last year, and I loved it since the first time I applied it in my eyelashses. I have curly, long eyelashes but they are not full, so I need to apply mascara to make them look fuller, and this Max factor mascara is perfect, makes my lashes look fuller and beautiful. I have reccommended this mascara to some of my relatives, they have bought it and they love it too, since it is not messy and lasts on your eyelashes all day long wihous running. This is now the only Mascara I use now and wouldn't change it, this one is so far, the best for me, I don't use it everyday, so i lasts long enough for me. It is also pretty affordable, and worth its price, I love it. I don't wear a lot of makeup but I like my eyelashes to look pretty and long, and the Max factor Volume Couture Mascara helps me to achieve that, and I don't have to apply a lot of it.

I found this mascara to be dry, so it doesn't apply very thick. It leaves the lashes well defined, but doesn't add the volume that many of the other mascaras do. There doesn't seem to be anything real special about the aplicator. The applicator is just a normal long brush, the bristles are not closer together than normal. It has been a while since I purchased this product and when I did purchase it I also purchased two other mascara's I quit using this one when I found it's performance substandard. But I think that when it was new the product would leave clumps which was one of the reasons I didn't care for it as much. Even without the clumps as I just reused it again, I can't say that it enhances my eyes much. I found a review on some website of several OTC mascaras and this was one of them so I was hopeful, but dissappointed in the final result. The other mascaras I tried at the same time were L'Oreal Clear Definition Telescopic Mascara and Cover Girl Lash Blast Volume.

I first bought this mascara when it was released in the U.K. in 2005. Since then, though I have tried samples of other, more expensive mascaras, I have never found another brand that was so good. It makes my lashes look fantastic, and never clumps. I don't think I'll ever switch away.

I have been using this absolutely fantastic mascara for several years now.  I'm a redhead with very thin, sparse, short lashes. Also, I have allergies and very sensitive eyes and wear contacts and cry at the drop of a hat to boot.  Clearly, I'm a challenge for mascara manufacturers.  I have spent the greater part of my 56 years searching for my version of the perfect mascara and my vanity used to serve as a graveyard for all the disastrous mascara purchases I made throughout the years.  After discovering Volume Couture I was, at long last, able to toss the cadavers of past experiments and replace them with a single, wonderful tube of Volume Couture.  I definitely found perfection in Max Factor's Waterproof Volume Couture Mascara.  Gorgeous thick, long, luxurious lashes that last all day (sometimes TWO+ days) without clumps or spikes,, never any itching or burning. My brown eyes "pop" and have been referred to as "bedroom eyes" on several occasions since I started using Volume Couture.  (Not bad for an "old broad"!)  I shouldn't be surprised that it was a Max Factor product.  Every mascara that ever came close to fulfilling my needs turned out to be a Max Factor product.  In fact, my earliest success was back in the 60's - 70's -- a MF mascara that came in a thin, brushed gold case and the "wand" was actually made of metal and looked very much like a thin machine screw.  And believe me, I've searched and searched.  Everything from the cheapest drug store brands to the most expensive boutique and department store brands.  Nothing, EVER, has compared to Volume Couture!! I recently was crushed to learn that the Max Factor line is being dropped in the U.S. Don't know WHAT I'm going to do!!  I bought up every tube I could find in Walmarts, but they won't last forever.  Then what???  Anyone have any suggestions? Are the MF products going to be repackaged under another brand name in the U.S.??  If anyone knows the scoop, PLEASE, PLEASE share with the class!

I have tried many different mascaras over the years.  I have found some pretty good products out there and have pretty much just stuck with the tried and true.  I have been finding the prices on mascara going up so high but not really delivering what they claim.  I watch all these commercials claiming extra ordinary long lashes but most are or seem to be ridiculous.  I received a tube of Max Factor Volume Couture Mascara in black to try out and review on.  I wasn't in a hurry to try it.  I have used Max Factor in the past and didnt care for it.  I threw the mascara in my drawer and forgot about it.  One day when I ran out of my usual product, I found the Max Factor Volume Mascare.  I tried it and ever since it is the only mascara I use or until I find a better one.  It really does extend your lashes at lease double.  And the price isn't bad either.  It is a product that is available locally too.

I recently tried Max Factor Volumn Couture Mascara based on some online reviews.  This mascara is not heavy or thick but gives enough definition for an everyday look.  My favorite thing is that it does not smudge and settle in the little crease below my eyes.  Pretty much every other mascara I have tried, even expensive brands, smudge and run.  This one is the best I have found in that aspect.

I am always on the hunt for a great mascara that lengthens my lashes and doesn't clump.  I finally found one in the new Max Factor Volume Couture!  Not only does it lenghten my lashes, but the wand separates my lashes and curls at the same time.  A real time saver!

I like this mascara. I will say it doesn't live up to the name though. In-fact I would say it is a better lengthining mascara than a volume one. It is absolutely perfect for a daytime look though. It compliments and brightens the eyes perfectly!
