Throw the nonstick spray away~This baking sheet is the best way!
impressed with this product, a homeowner, a better cook than I am a baker, into trying new things

I am not the most domestic person in the world but from time to time, it is necessary to attempt to at least bake cookies.  My children pretty much demand it.  I own like one baking sheet and well, it's not the best quality.  My cookies often come out burned on the bottom and I end up scrubbing the cookie sheet until my fingers hurt.  When I found the Matfer Exopat 11-5/8-by-16-3/8-Inch Nonstick Baking Sheet on Amazon.com, I knew that I had to have it!
