I am not the most domestic person in the world but from time to time, it is necessary to attempt to at least bake cookies.  My children pretty much demand it.  I own like one baking sheet and well, it's not the best quality.  My cookies often come out burned on the bottom and I end up scrubbing the cookie sheet until my fingers hurt.  When I found the Matfer Exopat 11-5/8-by-16-3/8-Inch Nonstick Baking Sheet on Amazon.com, I knew that I had to have it!

My Experience

I decided to make the kids some chocolate chip cookies so I could try out my new baking sheet.  Needless to say, they were thrilled.  I prepared my cookies like usual (Unwrapping the packaging and cutting into slices.  Hahaha!)  I placed the nonstick baking sheet on top of my cookie sheet and put it into the oven.  As soon as they were done, I couldn't wait to get the cookies out of the oven to see if the mat actually worked.  When I pulled the cookie sheet out of the oven, the cookies literally slid off of the mat onto the plate.  The bottoms of the cookies were baked perfectly and not one burned.  My kids raved about the cookies.  This sheet can also be used on a cookie sheet when you are baking pies to avoid a sticky mess.  The filling just drips on the mat and can be easily cleaned.

My Final Viewpoint

The Matfer Exopat 11-5/8-by-16-3/8-Inch Nonstick Baking Sheet is amazing.  It is reusable, easy to clean and affordable.  The best part about it is that it actually works!  I recommend this product and am giving it a 5 star rating.
