Massage Envy revolutionizes the spa/massage experience. They offer spa quality massages without the "fluff" that you receive and PAY for at a spa. This is the reason that they can offer 1 hour massages at $39 per session. They also offer a monthly membership plan, that includes a free massage each month, plus unlimited additional treatments at the member rate of $39 vs the non member rate of $65. This means that you can purchase gift certificates for friends and family at the member rate. I have had numerous spa massages and I find that this one is just as good. Incredible value!

You left out the part where if you cancel your membership, you are no longer eligible to receive the same rates as one who may just walk in off the streets. Buyer beware that a $49 monthly membership is great, but should you cancel it at any time, they will expect you to pay $78.00 for a 1 hr massage vice the $39 an hour they continue to advertise.
