Mary Kay Velocity Lightweight Moisturizer Reviews

I first used this product years ago at a Mary Kay party and just adored it. It smells good- sort of a light, banana-y smell. It is lightweight. It is also clear so it doesn't leave streaks on the face. There is also a corresponding facial cleansers and a perfume. When my products originally ran out, I wasn't near my original Mary Kay consultant, and I forgot about it for awhile. Then a coworker had a Mary Kay catalog and I just went crazy ordering Velocity products. I have both and the perfume especially smells nice. I have dry skin and it does a good job of moisturizing but not too much so that...

I was turned onto Mary Kay through a room mate a few years ago, and this is one product that I fell in love with. It's light, slightly granular, smells great, and takes off even my waterproof makeup. I just wish it wasn't so expensive! It lathers up quickly and with only a small amount, doesn't dry my skin out too much, and leaves it lightly exfoliated. I can't say it improved my acne at all, but it certainly didn't aggravate it, which is a feat in and of itself in my book.

I've used the Velocity Cleanser and Moisturizer, and found them to be best when I'm fighting a breakout. Any other time it is too drying. It smells nice though!
