It seems that I was born with chapped lips, and they never stopped chapping. I could drink 12 cups of water a day and my lips would still be dry. Then I went to a Mary Kay party and discovered Satin Lips, and my lips are now awesome! You know how your regular skin care regimen usually includes exfoliation? Well, that's step 1 of Satin Lips. If your lips are chapped, it gets all of the dry, dead skin off of your lips and leaves them ready for step 2. Step 2 is a lip balm that doesn't dry out and has no alcohol, so your lips stay beautiful all day. I like to use the products at night, because I wake up in the morning with my lips ready for lipstick. After using them for a while, you find you don't need the step 1 (Satin Lips Mask) as much as you do in the beginning, and can taper down to using it once a week. the Satin Lips Balm (step 2) goes with me wherever I go. I even have my husband using it! He spends a lot of time in the sun, and his lips tend to get burned even with lip sunblock. Satin Lips really helps to get his lips back to normal!
