Good makeup remover but still feels greasy

a mascara lover, Value Conscious, into trying new things, prefer no animal testing, cost-conscious, au 'naturale', into eye makeup

This is a great eye makeup remover, removes it quite easily though it still made it a feat for me to remove rests of eyeliner close to the lashes. I like how soft the skin felt after rinsing. The only thing I didn't like was that, despite being oil-free, it still felt a little greasy, during the whole makeup removing section and after rinsing.  That aside, it's great for removing tough eye makeup (I use a lot of dark shadows and black eyeliner) and  it 's  worth the price, since it lasts a long time.
