I have used Mary Kay for years. When they switched to the mineral blush and eye shadows, I was very excited. The blushes before were great, but the new mineral blushes seem to stay on longer and are very lightweight. When applied correctly it looks natural and is long lasting.

This blush isn't the best. They don't have very practical colors. They either have very bright colors, or very dark or orangey colors. Their pinks are like Barbie Doll pink, and their more 'mature' colors are like bright red, or peachy orange. They barely have any reasonable purples, and the purples they do have, just look brown. I got one of the lighter pinks, and one of the purples. They didn't have them to try on at the party, so it was a whim. When I got them I was excited, because they were pretty shimmery. Which is a plus! The shimmer barely shows up, and this stuff just looks horrible. Both colors I got, looked pastey. Just really... on top. They didn't blend in at all! And they fall terribly! You can apply them on your forehead, and they'll still end up on your jaw line. Not even dyring application, but after- throughout the day- they will fall down your face, and your whole face will just look like the blush. Even if you barely wear a dot! The pink I got turned out on your skin to be like peachy, even though it didn't even have peach under tones at all, and the purple looked completely brown. The only plus was the shimmer. These are very expensive, and are supposed to be high quality, but they are not! These products were just not good, and I do not like them. I will never buy again, even if it's the last blush on earth. Sorry Mary Kay.

I have a rather difficult skin tone to find a good blush for. Because I am half hispanic, my skin has a darker olive color that kind of washes out and makes it hard to cover with most blush colors. That's when I decided to try Mary Kay's blush, and I've loved it ever since! I've actually tried a few different shades, and have found that each one looks really good. They are very easy to apply, and it doesn't take a lot to cover even my skin, which is a plus in two ways. First it's a good thing because that means my skin doesn't look as cakey or fake as some other blushes have caused me to look. The second reason this is really great is because it means the blush lasts so much longer than other blushes, which means that even though it is a little more expensive than some popular drug store brands, overall the value is probably better because it lasts so long! I'd recommend this to anyone, but especially people with a little bit darker skin.

i love the mary kay blushes. i love that they come in a wide variety of colors and that they are easy to apply. i love that they are long lasting and they last all day long. they have all of my favorite blush colors and they are reasonably priced. i would recommend this product.

Mary Kay Mineral Cheek Color is a great product that I use almost everyday.  The color is so natural and so easy to apply.  It stays on all day and doesn't flake off or rub off easily.  I have used this product for many years and have found it to be a great bargin.  Even though the initial price is a little high - it lasts a LONG time.  I can purchase a cheek color and not have to replace it for over a year.  My Mary Kay consultant is so helpful in providing the advise I need to choose the correct products (shades and colors) that are just right for me.  She is patient and is always available to answer my many questions.  I have been very happy with all the Mary Kay products that I purchase - but, I especially like the cheek color - a little goes a VERY long way and looks so natural.  It works all year long - even when my skin tones change in the summer (from the sun, etc.)  I would recommend the cheek color to any one who wants the exact color for themselves!

I bought the mary kay mineral cheek color about a year ago and I love to use it.  It is a nice lightweight formula that spreads evenly over your cheeks.  I have acutally had the same cheek color for quite a while now so this product does last a long time.  It is a very nice shimmery shade that blends in very nice with my skin and adds just a hint of color and shine.  It is very easy to use and you really don't need a whole lot of the product to cover the area that you are hightlighting.  I can put this cheek color on in the morning and it will last thoughout the day without rubbing off.  I actually like to use it to hightlight the top of my eyes when we are going out at night.  It just adds a hint of shimmer to open my eyes up.  I have never had any problems with this cheek color and the next time I purchase some I plan to get a couple different colors to play around with.  If I were you I would give this a try

I really like the Mary Kay Mineral Cheek Color. This blush is light and feels like I have nothing on my skin. It also lasts a long time and a little bit of it goes a long way. It stays on all day for me without disappearing. It goes on smoothly with the brush I have from Mary Kay. I also have not had any acne break outs from using this brand of cheek color either. Even though it is a little pricey, the Mary Kay cheek color typically lasts me for about a year before I need to buy more. That makes it well worth the extra cost. I also like that there are multiple colors to choose from for any skin tone. I love how Mary Kay has the colors broken into the different skin tone types, so it makes it almost error proof in getting the right color for your tone. I like using the lighter tones because I have fair skin, but there are neutral shades as well that would complement my coloring. The best way to story this cheek color is in the Mary Kay compact, so that it is convenient and easy to apply whenever needed.

I have been using Mary Kay for about 9 months. When I started, I just got the cleansers/moisturizers. Then I branched out to the color makeup when I ran out of my Physicians Formula palette blush and couldn't find it again. i asked my Mary Kay consultant if they had a palette blush and she found their mineral collection had one. I bought the silk nectar palette and LOVE it. It is very natural looking when I put it on, doesn't show streaky lines when I apply it (I am definitely an amateur when it comes to makeup application). I find it goes with almost any color clothes I am wearing and any lip color i choose. It stays on well with the foundation that I use from mary Kay (I use medium coverage)  My only complaint is that it doesn't fit in my Mary Kay compact with my eye shadow...it would fit by itself, but not with anyother makeup. So I keep it in the little plastic case it came in. I hope they keep this product for a long time!
