Mary Kay Highlighting Pen Review

The Mary Kay Facial Highlighting Pen is a miracle worker.  Despite my young age, I still have dark under-eye circles every morning.  Even though my boyfriend tells me he doesn't even see what I'm talking about, ladies know what I mean.  We are our own worst critic, right?  I use this in conjunction with the Mary Kay Age-Fighting Eye Cream and Mary Kay Targeted Action Eye Revitalizer.  I am lucky enough to have found a skin care program that works for me early on so I am now aware of how to take care of my skin.  This Facial Highlighting Pen is great for all ages though and works in a variety of ways.  There's the obvious under-eye circles, smile lines and contouring the face for all those makeup divas.  When I apply this product, I use one swipe to brighten up my entire eye.  You can also swipe any smile lines you may have to get the cheery, glowing face you really want.  Then for the real makeup buffs, there's contouring.  It really isn't as complicated as you may think.  For example, I have a round face shape so I use the Facial Highlighting Pen down the middle of my face.  I do a dab on my forehead, above my upper lip and below my lower lip to brighten up the middle of my face.  This draws attention inward, making the overall face shape appear slimmer.  To finish off the contouring effect, I use Mary Kay Mineral Bronzing Powder on my temples and around the sides of my face.  It's important to always remember to blend the Facial Highlighting Pen to achieve the desired results.
