I'm not entirely sure what magic it has but whenever I wear it people always comment on my appearance.  I use it around my eyes imparicular as they are very dark and it seems to brighten my whole face. Mary Kays highlighting pen really works.  You just twist the pen a couple of times and brush it on then I take a sponge and finish applying.
