Hey Ladies,

I want to alert you about buying any of mary kay products. It is overpriced and does not work as supposed to. I have sensitive skin, well an a mary kay representative persuaded me Mary Kay Full Coverage Foundation and Loose powder would do the trick of covering any  I had. I bought it, over fifty dollars worth, to find out the makeup made my skin worse. the first week it was great but then, all these pimples started  showing on my face. The make-up is not designed for anybody with sensitive skin.  It created a burning sensation on my face and left a scar over my left eyebrow. The representative obviously had no customer service skills. She did not give me a reciept and then would not refund my money. So I contacted mary kay corporate and they sided with her only giving me half of what I paid. Shouldn't customers come first? I will never purchase anything from mary kay in the future. I have told all my friends also. Don't be another example of this. Mary Kay representatives are not properly trained and have little or no customer service skills. This is A warning to all ladies.

I wouldnt go so far as to say they arent all trained and have no customer service. Mary Kay is all over the world, you cant know them all!!! Im sorry your experiance was bad. But to try and down them all, when many make a beautiful living selling products, and know their stuff quite wel,l is a bit harsh. You should deal with the particular woman who sold to you, not take it out on every single rep.
