I love Mary Kay Acne Treatment Gel, I just dot a little on the breakout, or cover the entire areas I usually breakout as preventative.  And also use Blemish Control Toner First, then dot Acne gel and have no more breakouts when I use them both.  I also use the MK TimeWise Skin Care Line too, love it.
