Martian Child — 

I was hesitant to watch this movie, as I was really in more of a "comedy" mood.  But this movie is a wonderful "feel good" movie!  The young actor is absolutely adorable.  Even though this is a movie about a child with probably more problems than most children, I think we all can relate. 

 Definitely rent it if you can!  It will make you smile (and cry!)

I still haven't seen this. My life partner signed on for some trial things today and this movie is listed on-demand. So we might be watching it soon.

It's a John Cusak movie. He's plays a writer who tries to adopt a child with special needs/issues. It goes through the trials and tribulations of a single parent trying to raise a child. I just really enjoyed it :) Great "Happy Ending"
