I will give this candy a seven because I love the brand and the hard crunchy shell is the same, but really lacking on the coconut! I absolutely adore anything coconut, especially candy, so I was expecting great things when I bought my first bag of M&Ms in the coconut flavor. The packaging makes it look tropical and fun, but after a few bites I was left wondering is this coconut or regular flavor? Honestly these taste nothing like coconut, just like regular M&Ms that are colored white on the inside.

These coconut m&ms are definitely tasty and a nice change from the plain ones. The flavor is pretty light and not at all overpowering. In fact I wish it were a little bit stronger, but they are still pretty good. I like the color combination they chose also.

I am a huge lover of anything coconut! I also am a sucker for anything chocolate, especially M&M's! When I saw a bag of limited edition coconut M&M's, I had to try them. My first impression was that they tasted just like coconut without the coconut texture! They don't taste like an imitation coconut, either. The crunch of the M&M shell, the chocolate, and the awesome coconut center make for an extremely unique candy. I had to go back and buy 3 more bags!

This candy combination is usually pretty good, however I think M&Ms have missed the mark with this effort. The coconut isn't the most flavorful and you can taste the extract added for more flavor. There are many other products out there that mix chocolate and coconut in a better manor.

I never even had seen the Mars - M&M's Coconut flavored anywhere until my daughter brought some home with her. She made the mistake of leaving them on the counter just tempting me. I really didn't expect it to taste that great but I was wrong. They are a great tasting coconut candy covered in tasty milk chocolate.

These are a luxury. My mom stashed a few of these one time and I tried some. I was hooked immediately. The chocolate has a hint of coconut along with it. It is not super overpowering at all. i certainly can not just pop these in my mom and crunch them down. I have to suck on them to savor the flavor. The single bags they sell of these are smaller than the other kind.

You heard me right.  These M & M's are rock'n and don't ask me to share, because I won't.  These M&M's are hard to find, but are definately worth the hunt.   They are plump, a little rich and full of coconut flavor.  These tropical M&M's would be perfect chilled and eaten in the heat with a tropical breeze (a nice A/C will also do).   If you are a fan of these great new limited time treats, please help bring them back by writing to M & M.  They need to know their public is in love with them.  Save them!!! www.mms.com/us/legal/feedback.jsp   If you don't like coconut these might not be for you.  But my friend doesn't like raw coconut and has become a fan of these chocolately coconut treats.

I can't pass up trying something new, especially if it involves sugar and chocolate.  That said, even I was a little skeptical when I saw the latest from my beloved **Mars** company, **Coconut M&M's**.  The words *Limited Edition* on the top of the package caught my eye so I made sure to grab myself a bag before these babies were gone. It was no surprise when the 1.50 oz. bag of **Coconut M&M's** barely made it out of the store and into my hands.  Only the threat of getting hit by a car in the store parking lot made me wait until I was safely inside my car before opening up my package.  I was expecting a beach-inspired coconut aroma to fill up my car but it just smelled like regular M&M's.  No matter.  I wasn't letting anything get in the way of my **Coconut M&M's **self-induced coma.     I have to admit, the first bite wasn't the great enjoyment that I was expecting.  I can't quite describe the taste but it wasn't the coconut-chocolate Heaven that I had anticipated.  Not one to give up on chocolate easily (or ever), I tried a few more bites and finally decided that I liked these new **Coconut M&M's**.  I guess they are the kind of candy that have to grow on you.  I thought that there would be pieces of coconut in each M&M but after looking at the package again, I saw the words *Artificial Flavor* in very small print about the M&M logo.  Aha.  So this is basically chocolate M&M's doused in coconut flavoring.  None-the-less, I still like these and would buy them again.   If you're familiar with the Peanut Butter M&M's, the **Coconut M&M's** are about the same size and not like the smaller regular Chocolate M&M's.  They come in fun green, white, and brown colors.  The white and brown colors represent the coconut, and the green color the palm tree that is pictured on the front of the package.  **My Viewpoint:** After giving these a good initial effort, I really do like the **Coconut M&M's** and encourage anyone to try them.  If you don't like them at first bite, don't despair and try, try again.  Like me, you might just end up going coo coo for **Coconut M&M's**.

I liove coconut. The flavor is one of those rare ones that I have to search for.  I was thrilled to find coconut M&M,s. The flavor did not disappoint me either. Some times coconut products taste like it has artificial flavor.  I won't mention the name of that experience - but I was awful.  I have eaten real coconuts so I am not easily  convinced that what they call coconut and what I call coconut will automatically have the same meaning. The coconut M&M,s that I found were at the Ninety-nie cents only store. I should have trusted the brand name because I do like their chocolate M&M,s also. However, I decided on one package.  You can probably guess.  I wanted to kick myself for not buying more.  It seemed like I had found that perfect something and didn't have enough of it to satisfy my craving. Next time I will shop smart.  I will buy a lot of them. There is the same chocolate outer shell mixed with I guess, a chocolate and coconut inner filling.  I am not really sure I ate them so fast!  What I do know is that they were delicious. So for coconut lovers, Mars M&M,s has come to our recue.

This happens to be a wonderful idea and great for a snack. My husband is on a diet and loves coconut and that is one of the foods you are not supposed to eat so I bought them and gave him a handful and it satisfied his taste buds and did not feel like he was missing out on candy and they do taste good. I recommend them as although M & M's have come out with some different varieties like the pretzel ones which I dont like this is really good and a winner. If you like coconut I suggest you try it and remember it does not melt in your hand a great snack and you can eat as many or as few as you want
