This salsa looks fresh, red, and inviting in the container. It may actually be all that for some, but not for me. Obviously, the onions that are in it were cut by a machine in which the juice from them was added to the product. This makes it taste too much like onion and not in a good way. I love the texture of chopped onions but not the squeezed liquid that is pushed out. I will say the pepper content is just right. Everyone who tried this with me agreed about the onion flavor. If they would fix that it would probably be delicious otherwise as it does taste fresh.
