I ordered this lip treatment with no expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised! Kiss Xpert has very fine exfoliators so it's not harsh but still very effective.  I just smooth some on with my finger before bed and rub my lips together.  Then I apply mark's Kiss Therapy lip balm over top for extra moisture, and I wake up to beautifully smooth and soft lips.  Definitely a winner!
