BUFFERING LOTION is the best acne solution out there.  I have suffered from cystic acne for years now.  I have tried all products aout there from cheap market brands to high end costly brands.  I was turned on to Mario Badescu through a friend and so i ordered from their website several different products for my acne.  My favorite by far is the Buffering Lotion which is specifically designed for cystic acne.  Just shake the bottle and dab on acne and watch those cystic inflammed acne areas disappear after a little while.  awesome product and the only one i will ever use again.
