I purchased the Mari Winsor Pilates for something to do at home. It is great to just be able to pop a DVD in and workout. As a novice I can follow almost everything she does, but I do feel pretty uncoordinated doing other things. But it does work out your muscles and helps to strengthen and tighten things up!
