Marci and Curtis King - Premier Properties - Enterprise, AL Review

In today's market its reassuring that these two understand the value of my time and my concerns of buying or selling in this economy.

At one time, I was an Army Wife and found myself doing a lot of things sans hubby. Most of these required finding houses, schools, utility companies and so on for the "next duty station".

I was referred to this couple by a friend who was a former, and more than likely, future client. I first met them at another company and did dealings while there, but all of the business is conducted the same anywhere they go. I could relate to Marci since she was also an Army Wife, but she served as well. My husband and Curtis were able to build a rapport that made everything much easier. He has become accustomed to me doing everything and most of the time either didn't want to bother, or simply didn't have the luxury of time.

We were looking for a very simple house with minimal upkeep and still within our price and good neighborhood. They found us everything we were looking for, got us a few extras and we came in almost $5000 under budget!

The Enterprise area is, overrun in my opinion, with agents and it's hard to find one you trust and one that has your best interest in mind without feeling forgotten. I took my friend's advice since she had lived in the area for a few years and knew which ones were honest and others that weren't well-liked in the Army community. 

Years passed and I found myself back in Enterprise. I looked Marci up again and she was still able to help. Only this time, she was able to lead me in the license direction. After a little time in school, she became my Mentor. Some might say I'm biased, but she was my agent before she was my supervisor.

But the best thing she ever did, was help us in the end of my time in Enterprise once more. My husband and I were struggling with the economy since he was injured in the Army and discharged. I was forced out of real estate due to the failing market. Our house came very close to foreclosure and I went to Marci yet again for help. She was able to refer me to Curtis who had active buyers wanting my neighborhood and price range. Curtis showed our house on a Saturday morning, we had an offer that Monday! My husband and I were able to avoid foreclosure, have money for moving expenses, and were even given a discount on fees since we've done business with them before. It was a relief that someone didn't take further advantage of us in this already dire situation. I thank her and Curtis immensely for their integrity, loyalty, and help during all these years. It's nice to know that you can be a professional yet maintain client relations in a field that is often disregarded especially in today's market.
