e.l.f. Duo Cream Eyeshadow
Quick View: I love playing with eyeshadow but don't love spending tons of money for one or two shades unless I absolutely adore everything about the shadow. I bought a few one dollar e.l.f. Duo Cream Eyeshadows and like them although they tend to crease and aren't too pigmented, For the price, though, they're pretty good!

Lancome Definicils Mascara
Started using Lancome back in 1985, I am quite familar with their products. I love their Cils Booster under the mascara -- it makes a HUGE impact, I still use it no matter what mascara I use -- I stick to their booster. I would drive over one hundred miles to get the 'Midnight BLUE' color; although they (Lancome) decided to discontinue making that color -- I bought them out last year in three malls, now I fear that ordering it would just be old mascara and dried up when I got it... so I switched to 'dark brown'.... The things we sacrifice for beauty. All in all it is a good quality mascara.
ChapStick Fresh Effects Refreshing Mandarin
I couldn't resist picking up the ChapStick Fresh Effects Refreshing Mandarin lip balm in Walgreen's drug store. It retailed for $2.99 and I got back $2 to spend on my next visit.

I love the idea of a spray liquid makeup. Yes, this is what L.A. Colors have done with their Liquid Makeup.
When I took it out of the packaging, I was amazed to take the clear plastic top off, and see a black spray top.

My most recent mascara purchase was Rimmel London Glam'Eyes Mascarain brown-black. This mascara claims to volumize your lashes up to 7 times for more intensity and to lengthen them. Man, this stuff rocks! I've even had guys steal C.O. Bigelow Mentha Lip Tints off of me (Vanilla Mint to be exact.) I suppose your more metro-variety man could get away with wearing these because the colors are faint, though some due have a noticeable tint. My favorite, the Violet Mint, has a slight purplish hue. Almay Intense i Color Powder Shadow
This eyeshadow was on sale so I decided to try it. I'm not a snob when it comes to make-up and own everything from MAC to Maybelline, but this eyeshadow was very disappointing. It was a bit too shimmery and didn't wear, even with a MAC Paintpot as a base (and everything sticks to MAC Paintpots!) . L'Oreal True Match Super-Blendable Powder
True Match does what it's called - IF YOU GET THE RIGHT SHADE. Generally, it's okay to wear a powder foundation slightly darker than your skin tone (not so with lighter), but I made the mistake of going a little too dark on this one and I looked a little bit like an Oompa Loompa. L'Oreal Double Extend tube technology
I bought loreal's Double Extend Mascara last Halloween to replace the uncomfortable fake eyelashes for a party I was attending, thinking they would add a little length. I was amazed by the volume and length I received from it. It is very easy to put on, like any other mascara, but totally different from any mascara I have tried before.
