I got this while it was on clearance for a price that I just could not pass up for a set of cookie sheets, I needed some new ones anyways. This product clearly says on the package that these are non stick cookie sheets. I decided to make home made biscuits on them first and I sprayed the pan down with cooking spray before I put them on anyways, so they turned out great, cooked evenly and did not stick, I was pretty satisfied with them. Then one day I decided to make pre shaped and made cookie dough. I put it on and did not use any cooking spray because I ran out and I figured they were non stick so it would be okay just this one time. I was so wrong. They stuck so bad it's not even funny! I had to use a knife to scrape them off and it also pulled up part of the top layer of the pan so now the pan was ruined. I would not recommend believing that these are non stick. Everything will stick to it without cooking spray so just always make sure to spray them down really good before you use them.

Mainstays 3-Piece Cookie Sheets aren't the best. But that's kind of to be expected with a low-cost brand like mainstays. They aren't known for their high quality products, but instead they're know for their cheap prices. I got these when I moved because I needed some cheap cookie sheets, I don't need anything fancy, so these work okay for my needs. These come in a 3 pack of varying sizes and are pretty cheap at Wal-Mart, I don't remember the exact price. They aren't the most sturdy cookie sheets. But they do the job. I rarely actually use mine for cookies because i only make cookies like twice a year. I use it for chicken patties, fish, garlic bread, stuff like that. I don't have any problem with those items sticking to the sheets at all. The problem is they get grimy rather quick. There will be a little oil on the pan from say garlic bread and it jut kind of builds up on the pan even if you clean it. Over time they become not the prettiest looking cookie sheets. I've had mine a few years though and they're still okay, not the best but I'm not that particular. If you're simple like me and don't really need high quality cookie sheets, pick these up. They're cheap. No they aren't as good as more expensive brands but they are fine to use for general items.

I wouldn't recommend getting this brand. I spend more time trying to clean it than cooking with it. I recommend that you try putting tin foil over it to avoid a huge mess later. I thought because it was cheap I would try it. I decided that it would have saved me time and money in the long run if I had just gone with the more expensive pans. Not to mention these are very small and only good for light cooking. I like to cook pizzas and place them under casserole dishes but they are not big enough. They are good for light baking. I use my old cookie sheets for my art projects. Performance It is very flimsy and not very durable. Ease of Cleaning Everything seems to stick to it. I only use these baking sheets when I have to. Durability They don't last very long. They start to lose their shine after awhile. Design It could have been designed to be a little more heavy duty. Doesn't Stick You will find yourself having to scrub extra hard to get stuff off of them.

These pans have worked pretty well for me in the 2 months that I have had them. They don't really stick but they do require some spatula use to get stuff up from time to time. For the price I paid I'm pretty satisfied with getting three pretty descent pans.

I really like the Mainstays 3-piece cookie sheet set. I have had no problems with them. I bake a lot but don't have a lot of money. Mainstays cookie sheet set was affordable and of good quality. They are three different sized non-stick cookie sheets. I do not have a problem with my cookies sticking to them. This has happened maybe 3 times during my ownership of them. I have had them for several years. The cookies stuck because I overcooked or burnt them. I find that these cookie sheets help my cookies slide right off. For messier cookies with a lot of chocolate chips or candy bits, I just place a sheet of foil or parchment paper over the cookie sheets. Works great. I really love these cookie sheets and recommend them. Performance I have had no major problems with cookies or baked goods sticking to these sheets. It has happened maybe 3 times and I use them several times a week. Ease of Cleaning They are very easy to clean. I use a sponge with Dawn and gently rinse. Durability I have been using mine for several years several times a week. They hold up very well. I don't have any rust stains or anything. Design They are very easy to use and convenient. Doesn't Stick Rarely does anything stick to my cookie sheets. I love my mainstays cookie sheets! They are also easy to clean.

When I first bought the Mainstays 3-piece cookie sheet set I wasn't expecting much considering the low cost. Yes, there are much better cookie sheets out there but if you are looking for an inexpensive cookie sheet set, I would recommend these. I have bought a couple of these sets and they work well for me. They do eventually have trouble holding their shape and get worn but they last me quite a while so I still get my money's worth with them.

Mainstays 3-Piece Cookie Sheet Set is just what you need to bake simple cookies or special treats. I like to use mine around the holidays: like Halloween, Thanksgiving and of course, Christmas. I'm sure most people have cookie sheets for cooking cookies. Sometimes I make brownies on them. They are slender in size and easy to grab and hold when the cookies come out of the oven. Make sure you grab them with an oven mitt. They are made of lightweight steel so they are fragile. If they get too hot they tend to bend. They look better than they work, but they are pretty cheap. They do not cost a lot of money, so what do you expect? These are good for people who do not bake a lot or amateur cooks. You get 3 cookie sheets; each one is a little smaller than the other sheet. I haven't found a cookie sheet yet where the cookies or brownies do not stick to the sheets. You have to spray or oil these before you put cookie dough on them, or later, you will be using elbow grease. If the spray works, these sheets are easy to clean. These sheets do the job they are intended for, but not much else. I give the Mainstays 3-Piece Cookie Sheet Set a "3.5" on a scale of 1-10.

I bought this set of cookie sheets out of necessity, and not having a lot of money to spend at the time. This three-pack is less than the competitors one cookie sheet, so I bought it. After just a few uses, the pan turned brown from residue and baking. It's the kind of brown that doesn't scrub off. Also, when put up to a high temperature, the pans will bend in the oven from the heat. As far as nonstick goes, they are good for cookies. What I do like to keep these on hand for is using the large one as a jelly roll pan. Like when you make pumpkin rolls, for the cake part, the large pan is the perfect size. Performance Gets the job done. Ease of Cleaning These cookie sheets will definitely scratch. Durability Good for just about a year or two, but not a great investment. Design They are thin metal and the three cookie sheets do fit in to one another nicely for easy storage. Doesn't Stick Cookies with lots of butter don't stick. I'm not sure about much else.

We bought a set of these cookie sheets as a gift for my mom. We thought they looked great and would be perfect to replace some of the old ones that she had. But they haven't lived up to all that we had hoped. They are a light weight metal. This is actually good as they are easy to use this way. They are a very light color which we don't care for as much. They do not brown biscuits or anything really for that matter as well as the dark colored pans do. This was very disappointing to us. We have found that you have to cook things at least 5 minutes longer just to get a slight brown on them. Another thing that we weren't as happy with is the way any oils baked onto the pans very easily. It didn't clean off at all and because it is a light pan it really shows up too! I know that this will be on the dark pans too sometimes but it doesn't show as readily and therefore looks a bit better. Overall though they do cook foods fine, they have not bent or broken in the 6 months that we have had them. They are light weight and easy to use. They were not what we had hoped but still are a very servicable pan. One thing that is good about them, is that they are not teflon coated. Since we own pet birds this is very important! Performance We didn't like the extra time needed just to brown our foods on this pan. Ease of Cleaning Oils really bake on and will not clean off. Durability We have only had them 6 months but they are holding up just fine to constant use. Design No complaints about the design. They are the standard design for cookie sheets. Doesn't Stick We have not had any trouble with things sticking.

whenever i use it nowadays, i just try to cover it with lots of foil. this is the stain is basically semi-permanent when you put anything on it. it's very hard to get anything clean from the sheets, and it's not non-stick because things DO get stuck on the cookie sheets. one thing i can say for this cookie sheet set, though, is that it's quite affordable. however, if you have enough to shell out for something of better quality, then do it, because the cleaning up of the sheets if more messy than necesssary. so far i've baked things such as chicken on it, and the cookie sheet is basically just something that you can stick in the oven that will hold whatever it is you are wanting to make. no more. i have yet to experience the sheet buckling with heat.
