Watch your Credit Card real careful with this company. First they charged me 3 times for one jack, and then deny they did it. Niether the Bank nor Credit Card co. can stop the charges as no phone number is connected to Magicjack. I say...Beware. They are a rip off. The product is fine, the company is, on the other hand, not honest at all.

Here's a phone number for someone at Magicjack you might want to try calling 561 586 3380. His name is Peter Russo and, although he can be bordering on rude; he DID resolve my billing issue with Magicjack. Hope this helps. There is also an email address for one of the co-creaters of the product DanBorislow@magicjack.com.
