Great idea, but it slows or stops comp.

an early adopter, practical, somewhat tech savvy, computer literate, Internet User, budget-conscious, Educated
Pros

    call waiting, easily able to get voice messages, portable, cheap, no monthly fee, unlimited calling, free voicemail, caller ID, 3-way calling

Cons
    randomly restarts, doesn't work in internet outage, doesn't work when computer is turned off, did not have number in my area

I really wanted this one to work but for me it keep slowing my computer down. If I shut it off it would stop everything and turn itself back on. The phone service is fine except I did not like having a phone number 100 miles away but will free long distance on most cell and voip plans I guess that is really only a minor inconvinence. I had to unplug it I will stay with Vonage for now.
