Magic Jack - Magic Jack — 

Someone said, MagicJack lacks the magic. YES IT DOES!

We've all heard the saying, you get what you pay for & that is so true with MagicJack.

We beleived the hype. We signed up for the trial offer when it first came out. We had it for one year at a certain rate. When we went to renew our account with them, they tried to charge us WAY MORE then we contracted with them for. They tried to say they didn't have any record of our account, lalalalala etc....

We were so happy we kept our email confirmation from them from when we set up our account. Even when we should them this confirmation, they still tried to charge us an amount that we were not contracted for.

The customer service is the worst. There is no one to talk to directly, you have to do an online chat & you speak to about 4 different people who ask you the same thing over & over again.

When we first set up the item, there was alot of static & it was very low, they could not help, we figured it out on our own.

We didn't want this for our main number, just for a 2nd phone line.

We have tried to hook up our fax to it, forget it & forget about asking customer service for any help.

Friends Have Asked Should They Buy It, We Let Them Know Our Experience Upfront.
