I bought this in hopes of having a small easy to clean food chopper and that is exactly what i got. You can not let it run forever, just short bursts or you will liquify your ingredients. It is not a food processor so do not expect it to behave like one. It can chop ingredients for salsas and guacamole and does good work on nuts and other vegetables. I use mine mostly when I do not want to get out a big blender. Nice to have but I think for the price it might be a little over rated.
