I am very very happy with this item. I wasn't sure about but I drink alot of healthy shakes and protein and it was a hastle to get the blender out all the time. This is personal sized and wonderful. I make for me and there is no waste. I use it so much more than I ever thought I would. The only problem I have ever encountered is that is works too well when chopping so foods...it you don't do it properly you will have tomato soup instead of salsa!
