Downgrades Status if you don't spend enough
I have been platinum cardholder for many years now and today I received a new card in the mail with a notification that I have been downgraded to Gold for not spending enough. So rude. I wish they would have given me a warning that this was about to happen, maybe I would have chosen to shop there a little more. I may just shred the card now. I can't believe they treat loyal customers like this.
