Macys - Platinum Star Rewards Credit Card Reviews

I shop using my Platinum Macy's Visa card for most of my purchases because I earn great benefits the more I shop.  And the rewards really add up.  Sometimes I don't even realize how much I've earned until I receive the rewards notification in the mail.  I have had a pleasant experience with this card and would recommend it to family and friends.

Macy's offers great fashions and has great sales/promotions for credit card holders!

 I ask myself, are charge cards a trap or a necessary convenience? Therefore, I try to abstain from constant use of my credit cards with the intent of paying them off early and working towards becoming debt free.  As Murphy's Law goes, "Everything that can go wrong, will"!  This is the case with my credit card use.  I intend to pay the card off early so that the money used for credit card payments can then become money for savings, for home improvements, vacations and my college kids.  It seems that an emergency always comes up and there I go again,...

This is a comment to ponder over - Why should I go to buy whatever is on sale when it takes ten (10) lines on the back of the card to tell me what is not included in using the card, and only two and one half lines to tell me what is left that I can use the card for. Though, seriously , Macy's is the the #1 store in my book!  I always shop there first. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my thoughts.

I'd gotten upgraded to Macys Platinum, with extended credit lines on Store and Visa. This is probably the best charge card I've ever used. Customer service is excellent (when needed with Visa)...and reward bonuses are the perks. No question...if you're thinking about applying.....do it !!!!
