Maclaren strollers are high quality strollers with some nice features. As a mom of twins, I knew I would need a high quality double stroller. I like the fold of this stroller. It folds up smaller than other double strollers. It folds umbrella style and can fit in most trunks. The weight of this stroller is in line with most other double strollers. This stroller offers a recline with three levels. So, the stroller can be used for all ages. The five point harness is excellent and very secure. It can even be a little difficult for adults to open. The basket area of this stroller is tiny and not all the useful. The split handlebar can also make it difficult to hang a diaper bag. The stroller pushes well inside. However, it is awful on anything other than a flat open space. The small wheels are part of the problem. I learned that larger, air filled tires are much better. Overall, this is a nice stroller. However, there are so many strollers that are better. Looking back, I would have skipped this stroller and only purchased an all terrain stroller. Child Comfort The recline options could be better. A larger footrest could be better for infants. Maneuverability This stroller works well on flat and open spaces.

We used the Maclaren Twin Techno occasionally for our twins. It was recommended by friends as a good "umbrella-type" double stroller. Our main stroller was always the City Mini double, which rides like a dream but is bulky when folded and not the best for travel beyond local destinations. When flying out of the country we wanted something more compact and went with the Maclaren Twin Techno... Big Mistake! This stroller is just so-so, and considering the brand name and price point, we expected more. The seats have nice harnesses and appeared comfortable for the twins, but maneuverability was not great, the sun shades left much to be desired, the storage basket space beneath the seats wasn't great, and worst of all this stroller was such a pain to open up and collapse. For an umbrella-type stroller we weren't expecting the easy of opening and closing that the City Mini affords, but we did expect MUCH better than how the Maclaren functioned. For a future trip, we opted to try out another umbrella-style double and purchased the Mia Moda - what a HUGE improvement over the Maclaren! It costs a little less and is a FAR superior option. I only wish I knew the downsides of the Maclaren before making the purchase...

I received my Maclaren Twin Techno Double Stroller from my family as a gift for my two nephews whom I was babysitting. They were only two months apart and since I was a stay at home Mom I volunteered to watch them. It was a hassle trying to push two strollers or the double stroller I had was designed different and there was not enough room for both of them to comfortably ride along while I took my daily walks. So when I received this one I was ecstatic. I couldn't wait to get out and use it. The first ride in their new stroller was great. They both had more than enough room to move around and ride comfortably during my hour long run. They loved it. They would get so excited and I loved the storage on the stroller as well. It easily folded out and easily folded back up when it was time to leave the park. I still have this stroller and I have used it during my niece and nephews stay over my house. Its a overall great stroller.

If you're looking for a super wonderful double stroller...here it is. Your search has ended. My grandmother gave us this one when we were pregnant with our second child, knowing a single stroller wasn't going to cut it anymore. We love it! It wasn't something we thought we needed, but we are so thankful we got it! I'm not sure what we were thinking before!! Crazy! But this stroller is wonderful. Steers easy {for a double stroller}, good shocks! pretty decent design & easy ride. No problems so far! It's been a great stroller for us. And has held up well through two very active children. Were expecting number three soon which makes me even more thankful for it seeing as child #2 won't be ready to come out of it when number three comes along! I love that the seats are front/back. Not side by side. Makes for much easier steering & much easier maneuvering through doors! Highly recommend this one.

I purchased this stroller after falling in love with my single Maclaren Volo that I used daily with my first child. I knew when I was having a second (they are only 19 months apart), that I had to have a double Maclaren. I have not regretted the purchase at all, and I am still in love with this stroller. My children, now 30 & 40 pounds are still easily pushed in this stroller. It can be difficult to fold up from time to time, but it folds smaller than any other double stroller I have used. This stroller lives in my car and I use it constantly. Shopping and the zoo are where it is used most frequently. The storage basket underneath are large and great. I can carry all the supplies I need for the zoo or do a decent amount of shopping using just the baskets underneath. It is great for holiday shopping with the kids, if they are strapped in, they cannot see what I am putting in the stroller.

As a mother of twins this stroller was invaluable. it was easy to pop open and collapse and stored nicely in the back of my car. We also purchased the comfort pack, which is a rainfly for the stroller that fits nicely over the canopy. That addition made the Twin Techno more of an "all-season" stroller for us. Design I love clean lines of this stroller. Safety The 5 point harness on this stroller is very durable and nearly impossible for your little one to get out of. The sturdy metal frame, while a little on the heavy side, really made me feel confident that the stroller could really handle my growing twins. Child Comfort The extra padding on the seat and on the straps really makes this a comfy ride. The reclining seats were also a huge bonus, especially on long outings when they got a little tired. The seats are easy to adjust to both a reclining or upright position. Durability This stroller is extremely durable. It has been on many trips with us and has held up wonderfully.

I bought this for a 18 month old and three month old figuring I'd save myself the cost and bulk of a full-sized double. I ha a single Maclaren already & loved it. It was a good purchase for these purposes, but I regret getting it with a newborn. It doesn't recline entirely flat, and the shade doesn't cover his face when reclined and facing the sun. We've also had a problem with the canopy sagging down. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be or we installed it wrong. Overall, I think it would work great if both babies are older. It is compact when folded and easy to travel with.

The shock of becoming a mother of multiples is large,but then choosing all the right gear is overwhelming. I had two strollers and this was one of them. I LOVED this one for its flexibility,LIGHTWEIGHT and EASY use. I started using it when my twins were 6 months old till they were 4.5 years old. IT LASTED all that time and it was used often! So I highly recommend this stroller to any mother expecting twins.

Great overall stroller! It folds compactly for easy travel, is easy to care for and my children think it is very comfortable. Design The stroller is easy to fold and unfold and it fits through most doorways (a major concern with this style of double stroller). It also folds down compactly enough to fit in a standard size trunk and is very easy to travel with. Safety It is stable and has a five-point harness safety belt. Child Comfort My children were always comfortable and enjoyed the foot rest and sun canopy features. Maneuverability This is the one downfall of this stroller. The maneuverability of the stroller was acceptable when my children were smaller, but as the grew it became increasing difficult to push and turn. Durability This stroller has held up through several plane trips,and countless trips to the zoo,park, Disney, etc. The fabric is durable and easy to spot treat. It functions as well now as it did when we first purchased it.

My children are 1 and 3 years old, I needed a stroller that would be easy to fold and light, that could fit in my car, that my children could fit in comfy and that would fit through standard doors. More or less this is what I got when I purchased this stroller. The stroller is not so spacious ,my 3 year old will probably outgrow it soon. ( my 3 year old is 39 inches in height and 40 lb), But its ok for trips to the mall and supermarket. It folds very well , but the latch to keep it folded sometimes gets stuck when you are closing the stroller (not a big deal). This stroller is extremely light and fits just fine in my car. It fits very well through standard doors. Maneuverability It is a little hard to maneuver but nothing like a tandem stroller Durability Not only is it durable but it has lifetime warranty
