Please note- this refers to the '06 model of this stroller.
I did a lot of research before buying this stroller, and I couldn't be happier. In the past I've used several Combis and this stroller stands head and shoulders above them. In the world of lightweight strollers, the Triumph is a standout.
I purchased this stroller on clearance at BRU last winter and it was one of the best baby purchases we have made. We took a 9,000 mile roadtrip when our baby was 4-6 months and took her everywhere in this stroller. It performed fabulously. It's very lightweight and folds compactly. It's sturdy and attractive. It's a dream to push and turns on a dime. It's small enough that we didn't feel uncomfortable squeezing it on to a crowded subway or in a large tour group. We have been extremely pleased with it. Maclaren has an excellent reputation and this stroller proves why. It's a quality, well-built product that I believe will provide many years of good service.
The sunshade is virtually useless so we purchased a Kiddopotamous Shade extender from The Right Start. This corrected the problem, though it would be nice if Maclaren made it with a larger shade to begin with, but I understand they are probably trying to keep it lightweight.
