If your looking for a peaceful getaway with spouse/partner or with older children *13 and older* this is the place to go or even just alone.

It is a lil pricy but well worth every dollar. no amount of words can explain how refreshed and relaxed i was after taking a trip to Mackinac Island. Another plus is there is no Veichles allowed on the island.. it is defantly the perfect place to escape to.

I like the no vehicles idea. It definitely forces you to get out in nature and walk. Where is this Island? Can you suggest a good resort or place to stay?
